The abstract book will be available to all registered delegates.
BADGES
All participants are kindly requested to wear their badge at all times throughout the congress and during social events. Please note that the amount for the reprinting of the badge is 10 € per badge
COFFEE BREAKS
They will be served twice a day during the congress.
INSURANCE
The organizers cannot be held liable for medical, travel or personal claims. Participants are strongly advised to seek personal insurance coverage.
NO SMOKING
Please remember that smoking is prohibited within the conference rooms and in the poster and exhibition areas.
PREVIEW ROOM
In order to ensure the easy running of the congress, all speakers must proceed to the preview room in advance in order to have their oral presentation loaded. A computer technician will be in the preview room at the following times:
Tuesday May 14th: 4.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday May 15th: 7.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Thursday May 16th: 7.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Friday May 17th: 7.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Saturday May 18th: 7.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
(closing between 12.30 p.m. and 01.30 p.m. – lunch time)
